  - newACR1000.nema renamed to SIEMENS_MAGNETOM-12-ACR_NEMA_2-Modern.dcm
  - TestAllEntryVerifyReference.txt now contains all the entries
    that used to be in gdcm/gdcmPython/testSuite.py.

   - Re-adding E00001S03I0015.dcm (spuriously removed!?) but renamed as
     SIEMENS_Sonata-12-MONO2-SQ.dcm. Note: this file had to be blacklisted
     so you also need to update gdcm, in order not to break the test suite.

     (directly on server so no cvs message present)

   - added reference file for both comments and test suite.
