The files:

wxParametersDialog.cpp
wxParametersDialog.h

should be part of the CVS, it is only there as a convenient way. In an ideal
world they should be generated on the fly from ../res/dialogs/ressource.wxg
to c++ code with the help of 'wxglade.py'
