+     - Remove printf / sprintf
+     - include iostream AFTER gdcm so we don't get warnings
+     - GDCM_NO_ANSI_STRING_STREAM shouldn't be used explitely ouside of gdcm

+       speeup the compilation time, since it was becoming a dog slow.
