Like SplitIntoXCoherentDirectories;
Ignores 'Series Instance UID'.
Usefull when current filestore is not suitable for user
(e.g. : series are 'single slice, multi time points',
user want to deal with them as 'single time point, multi slice')
Example/SplitIntoXCoherentDirectoriesIgnoreSerieUID.cxx [new file with mode: 0755] blob
