   * Test/*.cxx and Example/*.cxx: moved some examples away from the
     test suite to the Example directory. Are concerned:
      - PrintHeader.cxx
     - TestDcm2Acr.cxx
     - TestFindTags.cxx
     - TestWrite.cxx was
     - TestWriteSimple.cxx
   * Test/CMakeLists.txt: added some comments on reasons for black listing
     image gdcmData/oldACR00001.ima
