     * FIX Now gdcmFile::SwapZone doesn't seg faults any longer for
           big endian made volumes
     * ENH Now gdcmParser constructor and destructor are protected to forbid
           end user to instanciate class gdcmParser
	   (only gdcmHeader and gdcmDicomDir are meaningfull)
