Stage 3 of normalization :
in order to avoid any missunderstanding while reading method names :
- All the methods xxxEntry now deal with dicom Entries
- Methods GetEntry splitted into
   GetEntryValue
	GetEntryBinArea
 - Method SetEntry renamed as SetEntryValue
 - Method SetEntryBinArea let as it was
