Fixed script for my mac

Turns out that there were 2 make_new_tool.sh. Obviously I had taken the
wrong one for the last 2 tools I've done...

Added new tool to change image information. Replaces deprecated tools
clitkSetOrigin and clitkSetSpacing + new Direction functionality

Removed clitkMakeSphereImage because it is available in RTK and we don't
want to support several tools doing the same thing
