Copy pasted code from overlay to fusion for sequences. This yet another
illustration that fusion and overlay are essentially the same. This should
replace the function of Remi, SetFusionSequence. All this is to be done...

Fixed script for my mac

Turns out that there were 2 make_new_tool.sh. Obviously I had taken the
wrong one for the last 2 tools I've done...

Added new tool to change image information. Replaces deprecated tools
clitkSetOrigin and clitkSetSpacing + new Direction functionality

Removed clitkMakeSphereImage because it is available in RTK and we don't
want to support several tools doing the same thing

New clitkAnistropicDiffusionFilter for ESRF team

Attempt to clean the gdcm mess. At least one include was missing when using the package. Note that clitkCommon is linked to ITK and VTK libraries so there is no reason to add ITK_LIBRARIES or VTK_LIBRARIES when linking to clitkCommon.
