Added support to vector field arithmetics

clitkSetBackground accepts vector fields

new SetBackground filter

- Accepts inputs and masks with different origins/spacings/dimensions. Only matching pixels are then processed. Non-mathcing pixels are directly copied from the input to the output.
- Inhreits from new filter: itk::FlexibleBinaryFunctorImageFilter

Added --help option for vv

Keep displayed angles in [-360,360] instead of [-180,180]

Convert coeffs to VF with itk bspline

- conversion with BLUT has bugs (grid appears in VF's jacobian with anisotropic spacing)
- disabled 4D convertion (spatio temporal)
- conversion with BLUT still possible (type = 1, not default)
- input coefficient image is always in BLUT style
- input is converted to is converted to ITK style (one image per component) if type = 0

- vvImageReader was opening vector field of nD vectors with the itk 3D
  reader. Now we open the vector field with the appropriate itk reader
  and then convert it to 3D vectors which are the only one supported by
  vv.
