The app saves and opens diagrams !!!! Allll fiiiinnn se logro !!

It saves the diagram and it was added the icon to open a file ..... Now it is necessary to implement the Open Diagram functionality

Change of wxDialog name to wxBlackBoxEditionDialog ... It is better to have two different dialogs because this one is very different from the Scene Editor Dialog to be done. Properties Panel won't be used more
