ENH: add a JP2 compressed image (instead of j2k codestream)

    - Some US fields have Zero Length
    - Contains a huge number of Implicit VR Shadow entries, 
           therefore considered as BinEntries that actually contains 
                printable data ( see PrintFile )
                should have been ValEntries ;-)
